FAQ section
How do I find the right accessories?
Simply provide us with the model name of your hearing aid and we will check its compatibility.
What should I do if my hearing aids are no longer connected to my cell phone?
First, check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Refer to the Bluetooth settings to see if your cell phone is paired with your hearing aids.
Feel free to give us a call and we will help you with the pairing.
Will any earwax filter fit my hearing aid?
No. Ask us which filter is ideal for your device, as otherwise it may damage the receiver or cause injury to your ear canal.
How often should I change the earwax filters?
Generally speaking, earwax filters should be changed every 4–6 weeks or whenever you notice a change in sound quality. If you are unsure, simply visit us and we will check everything for you.
Are TV adapters compatible with all hearing aids?
No. In this case, there are brand-specific solutions. We would be pleased to advise you.
